National Telcom Design (NTD) is a veteran-owned small business established in 2010, based in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  We proudly serve the VA/WV/MD/DC areas but are willing to travel outside of that range to suit our customers’ needs.  We specialize in data collection, pole-sticking to establish aerial attachment, drafting and submittal of construction and relocation plans, and securing permit approval for construction.  When we aren’t in the field or office, we’re building rapport within our team and with our clients on the yearly Shenandoah canoe trip and memorable holiday get-togethers.  We have grown our business over the years by providing quality product in a timely manner and building lasting connections to our expanding client base.
